7 Minute Quick, Natural Make-up for Mamas

Time is never on your side when you work a 9-5 and are a Mama! You still want to feel good and look your best, right? I know when my makeup and hair is done my productivity for the day goes up like crazy. Here is my quick and easy makeup routine that is natural but still somewhat glam.

Starting off with a fresh, clean canvas is most important in my opinion. To save time in the morning I do this before bed that way in the morning I can just do a quick wash just to feel fresh and wake me up. If you would like a more in depth nighttime skin routine be sure to let me know in the comments below.

From here I moisturize, put on eye cream and lip balm and I let this sit for 10 minutes to soak in so I usually to do my hair during this time.

Quick Natural Makeup

Okay! Now let’s get to it!

Step 1: Foundation/Base: It Cosmetics CC+ Cream with SPF 50+ in the color Medium Tan. A small amount goes a long way and I blend it in with my fingers.

Step 2: Conceal/ Brighten: Benefit Cosmetics Boi-ing Cakeless Conceler in shade No. 2. Typical places to brighten the face, under eyes, center of nose, center of forehead and cupids bow. I blend it in with a damp beauty sponge.

Step 3: Cream Contour: Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour & Highlight Sticks in the shade Fawn. I do the typical contour as well putting the product on either sides of my cheeks under the cheek bones and around my jawline. I blend it in with a duo fiber brush.

Step 4: Cream Blush: Tarte Sugar Rush in the shade Beaches & Cream. I dab this on with my fingers after warming it up a bit on the back of my hand. A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY! I blend it with a damp beauty sponge, the same one from earlier.

Step 5: Curl Lashes/Mascara: Urban Decay Troublemaker Mascara and a random lash curler. Curl lashes and apply, enough said.

Step 6: Lips: Kylie Cosmetics Matte Liquid Lipstick in the shade Posie K, which I just put the smallest amount on and use my fingers to blend it all over the lips.

Step 7: set it! Lancome Long Time No Shine Translucent setting powder, only using it where I applied the concealer and only the tiniest amount to get rid of some of that unwanted shine.

That’s it! It seems like a lot but it literally takes me about 7-10 minutes depending on how awake I am that morning.
