What’s in My Work Bag

I always find what people carry in their bags to be interesting. It also gives me ideas on how to organize mine better and what kind of things maybe I should carry with me because who knows what you might need, you know? I commute an hour one way to work for a total of 2 hours spent in the car daily. I try to always have everything I might need, but also I HATE clutter! I have been trying to keep what I bring with me minimal and practical.

WHAT DO I DO FOR A LIVING?

I do eBay sales for a local company, which means a lot of online work and picture taking. I also have a lot of side hobbies/hustles that I do. I try to get some of it done while I’m at work on my lunch break. I run an Etsy store, I do some YouTube and of course this blog. It’s nice to be able to work on everything while I’m on the go. 

SO, WHAT'S INSIDE?

I purchased My bag from target. I wanted something big, but not TOO big. I wanted there to be a separate pocket for my electronics, but also I wanted this bag to be used as my weekday purse instead of having to carry 2 bags every day. I actually added a shoulder strap that I removed from another bag I have, but you can purchase them on Amazon too. 

Okay here is what is inside! It’s honestly not too exciting but maybe it could be helpful? 

• Wallet
• iPhone 11 Pro
• iPad Pro 11”
• Blue light glasses
• Monthly Calendar that someone gave me. 
• Pen and highlighters for the paper calendar.
• My favorite life and sanity saver, my AirPods. I never leave home without these. They are great for podcasts, books, music and video editing.
• I've got what feels like a million charging cords! I am still searching for a way to organize this mess. Maybe a DIY that I need to try out?
• My misc emergency bag since I work an hour away from home, which contains essentials.  The bag I got was from an Ipsy subscription box and I fill it with things like Tylenol, toothpaste, toothbrush, tampons, hair ties... etc. 

That is everything! I think this type of content might be a little easier to see in video form, but let me know what you think. What do you guys carry in your everyday bag? Does it look pretty similar to mine? Also, what do you do for a living?
